Analytica’s executive team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, which continually keeps us at the forefront of the industry.

Adam is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of successive leadership roles before entering executive search. Trained as a scientist with a M.Sc. in the natural sciences from the University of Toronto, Adam turned to business launching a company focused on the collection of field data for public mining exploration companies across Canada. After completing an MBA from the University of Toronto he focused on corporate development in the capital markets including mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and sales. Having been approached by an established firm in the executive search business, he joined as a partner before being promoted to Managing Director. Given his success as an accretive executive search partner to many clients across several industries, he launched Analytica in 2019 to provide an innovative and dependable search process based on integrity and work ethic.
